Placed in full centre of the historical hull of the city of Santiago de Compostela, bordering on the Monastery of St Martin Pinario. The constructive characteristics of the building answer those of a typical housing of the from Santiago de Compostela architecture, in which they appreciate reforms of 19th century and the first half of the 20th century, being the first municipal license of the building, preserved in the Historical University File, of the year 1865.
Nowadays, the above mentioned building is totally rehabilitated according to the criteria of conservation of the Monumental and Cultural Patrimony of the City of Santiago de Compostela, declared by the UNESCO " Patrimony of the Humanity" city.
